App doesnt let you trade draft picks

First time using CBS because we are starting a dynasty league and CBS lets you keep more people than ESPN. However for $149 (cost of the league) I would assume that CBS would let you trade draft picks in the app since ESPN does and ESPN doesnt even charge you! Very disappointed
Will not use again next year. My FA pickup schedule is wrong half the time and Ive emailed CBS about this and they only fix it half the time. Its not on my end.
