CBS Sports Fantasy App Reviews

Ive been playing in CBS fantasy football since September and not once has the app shown the scoring of the games on the iPad or iPhone. Even 50% of the time the desktop site doesnt load either. If you have no interest in seeing your scores or heckling the website periodically then this app is for you!!

Peyton manning was predicted to get 21 points ended up with -6.5 give me a break

1. Constant flashing refresh on certain screens 2. Displays incorrect scores for DST often and isnt updated until Galway through the game 3. Now automatically updates the projections for each player, which stinks when youre trying to tell which players are underperforming

This app is a joke! What kind of app doesnt even have live player stats? If it werent for my commissioner insisting on using CBS I would never use this again. Horrible application.

I really enjoy this app but the ads are really annoying. They pop up way too often and youll inadvertently click on them constantly. Those of us who pay to host a league should have ad free usage.

I have one last league using CBS and this year is the straw that broke the camels back. This app is awful compared to free sites like Yahoo. CBS charges upwards to 150 per league and then jams adds down your throat. For 150 it should be ad free. Then Tuesday morning you have to wait for the app to finish updating before you can look ahead to the upcoming week. Horrible app. CBS thieves! Get your league to Yahoo fast!

Horrible app, loading glitches, pop up adds, consistently frustrating and to top it off the analysts are the worst in business. Done.

This is our last year with CBS. Been with them for 10 years and we are done with them. We pay $150 for fantasy football and they still jam ads down our throats. Not to mention that the full screen ads cause the app to become non responsive. I then have to close the app and then reopen it. When I reopen it an ad opens up, I close the ad and the app runs fine. Well, until its time for the next full screen ad.

This app is one of the best...no need for personal info to use! Load and start using...no need for name, address, email or phone #! Thank you CBS!

App support from the App Store doesnt work so you cant even report issues. For a paid service it should be ad free. The standings dont update until weds which is stupid. You cant look ahead at the schedule until Thursday, which is stupid. The projections are the worst Ive ever seen.

As a league we already paid $120 to use cbs as our fantasy football. But we shouldnt have ads on the cbs fantasy football app. No need for ads. If were paying for a league.. Will cbs please give us answers??? Tired of ads... This needs to stop..

Thanks CBS for listing Hurns as "Out" 10min before the game time. I changed him out for a backup later to find out he actually was starting and had a good game. Not relying on this app for player status. Boo!

I cant believe these crooks charge us $150 to use this amateur ad infested app! What a joke!!!! I cant wait to make the switch to Yahoo. Bye Bye CBS....you THIEFS

This app is virtually useless other than the most basic fantasy functions. The screen flickers whenever trying to pull up game scores, not to mention the ads interfere with everything you are trying to do. In fact, the app from a few years ago was vastly superior, even its infancy. It seems the platform is based upon getting ads across and oh yeah, weve added some fantasy functions to that. Terrible app. Oh and all those top ratings (5 stars)? No one would ever in their right mind write those reviews, has to be some good of ratings boosters.

The app is ok for live scoring and changing your lineups but when you want to chat with your friends and leave comments in threads it will crash when you try and open the conversation. This happens over and over and over and they refuse to do anything about it. I would recommend using email threads over this app until they get this fixed which seems like it shouldnt be anything too difficult to fix for anybody that knows anything about it.

Totally useless as far as keeping records. No help, nothing makes sense, was probably designed and launched in about 5 minutes by some guy on the crapper. Just delete the app before you smash your phone or tablet in frustration.

In your 3.0 redesign, you hid the chat in the slide out menu. Why is this no longer prominent on the home page? The rest of the app is basically the same. Step backwards.

All it does is crash. Fix it before the season starts.

Where are the player rankings? Also, the app crashes often. Much improvement is needed, and quickly!

We have used CBS Fantasy for a very long time (started when they were Sportsline.com). Love the system. Hate, absolutely HATE, the excessive advertising. The most expensive fantasy service with ads increasing each year. Weve about had it. Probably moving to ESPN or Yahoo custom league. Advertising (greed) has pushed us to change. So sad to leave but fed up!
