CBS Sports Fantasy App Reviews

This app is decent. Well organized for the most part and lots of functionality. Pretty convenient for managing fantasy football. But there are bugs galore especially when getting into stats and scores for particular football games. It becomes extremely slow and doesnt load the page properly. Its actually pretty frustrating and needs to be fixed but it has been this way for quite a while now so I doubt it will.

I cant believe that a paid service put so many obtrusive and disruptive ads when trying to use their own service. I started with them in 2000 and every time I use their app some stupid ad interrupts what Im doing. It constantly crashes and is frustrating. Fix the service or lose a loyal customer.

Easily the worst fantasy basketball interface Ive ever used. The only thing that makes me angrier than the fact that my league is stuck with this horrible platform for the season is the fact that we actually had to pay to use it. Not only is the app completely unusable but the website isnt much better. ESPN and Yahoo are exponentially easier to use. This platform has ruined my fantasy season by making it thoroughly unenjoyable.

First time using CBS because we are starting a dynasty league and CBS lets you keep more people than ESPN. However for $149 (cost of the league) I would assume that CBS would let you trade draft picks in the app since ESPN does and ESPN doesnt even charge you! Very disappointed Will not use again next year. My FA pickup schedule is wrong half the time and Ive emailed CBS about this and they only fix it half the time. Its not on my end.

Since last update Widget only shows one of my Fantasy Football teams score. Showed both before update. Please fix. Everything else ok.

Constantly annoys you to review the app. Time to get past this garbage.

The CBS app is the worst. I am going to try to get my league to leave CBS next year because I its so bad. For fantasy football, the CBS app is so much less useful than the Yahoo app or the ESPN app, because the CBS app fails to give you useful info at so many different points: * setting your lineup? Hope you know the schedule because the app wont show you when players games are. * picking up a player? Have fun trying to sort by recent adds or most owned because the CBS doesnt show you those numbers. * want to look at player stats over just the last 4 games? Haha you know thats not happening. The experience of playing fantasy football on the CBS app is painful. This CBS app literally causes physical pain.

3rd year with this app. App will time out, delay, freeze, and let you down when you need to make last minute changes due to injury. Last year it did this and placed me in an illegal lineup. So instead of getting 0 points for not playing the WR position, I automatically had all players with 0. I needed to drop WR from last minute inactive before the 1 oclock game, and app froze. Ensured I did not make playoffs. Might not have, but this guaranteed I didnt. Youll get error code messages and white screens on the app, and logging out and back in doesnt work. I have screenshots but not sure how to add to this comment. Im trying to change Julio Jones for my WR on bench today 12-11-16, cause just got alert Julio is out. Took me 5 minutes, logging out and back in 3 times for the app to work. So decoded to post this. It was hard to find season long leagues for money, so decided to stay with CBS this 3rd year. If I find another option, Ill try it next year.

Completely buggy. Gives wrong/ outdated info. Constant freezing. If CBS fantasy football were FREE, I would not complain. But when you spend $165 a year, you expect things to WORK. This app and CBS in general are a joke.

2016 season couldnt use this on my iPhone 6s to get game updates. Fantasy score update but if you try to look at a game it locks up, every time. I had to use ESPN app to see game update. CBS, you big enough and better than this. Please fix it

Nice to check scores, able to make lineup changes, even drafted one of my teams. Great information and advice.

The overall function of the app works ok. But you better get ready to be patient if you want to watch their video "takes" on fantasy players. You have to watch a 30 second video on Nutri System every time. And the fantasy player videos are only like 10 seconds!

When setting lineups in baseball and making trades it would be really helpful if you could display Points To Date. Right now it just shows, Projected points for the next week, total points in the current week, owned and started. Would be helpful when making trades and setting lineups from your mobile device to have that column added as well.

If the only u want to do on the app is check ur scores its great. But if u want to view ur lineup to make lineup changes, it boots u right out of the app every time. If u play cbs fantasy, u must do it on a computer. Also the scoring of the unlimited add drop league is totally bogus. All u have to do is play as many pitchers as possible every day and u win. And there will be players who do just that. No skill involved whatsoever. The scoring allows a pitcher with 1 decent game in a week to score more points than ur best hitter for that week most of the time. Lame and I feel that Ive wasted my time and money in the 2 unlimited leagues.

Crashes more than EVER

Being an NFL fantasy afficionado from Fance and often on the go, this app allows me to follow my CBS teams from anywhere. I reccomand it. (A mobile drafting option would have been an added plus).
